Contract law
Contract law covers a vast area of daily life, ranging from the mundane to the highly specific, but when legal problems arise, the situation is rarely as simple as one might think. A problem could relate to the purchase of a spoiled food product, defects in a house, an increase in rent, dismissal, a medical error, etc. The basic norms are common to all these contracts, but they are further divided into categories and subcategories that have their own specific laws: contracts relating to sales (movable and immovable property), donations, leasing, employment, construction, agency relationships, etc. Even the organization of a joint activity generally falls under a simple partnership agreement. Finally, there are many types of contract (untitled, combined, mixed) that are not defined or only partially defined by law.
